  1. Mainstream Language Programmes
    These programmes include training in six(07) important foreign languages namely English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Hausa, Arabic and three(03) Ghanaian languages – Twi, Ewe and Ga. The training programmes are facilitated by qualified language instructors within our premises and also through a Mobile Outfit which designs programmes for corporate bodies, families, churches, institutions and individuals. Under the Mobile Outfit, instructors are sent to the offices, homes and premises of customers who cannot avail themselves of the scheduled classroom sessions due to time constraints. Students enrolled range from children (from 4 years) to adults who pursue the language programmes at Beginners, Intermediate and Proficiency levels. Students from neighbouring countries such as Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Gabon, Chad etc. who enrol to learn English form about 30% of our student population.
  2. French Language Support Programme for Basic Schools
    Our qualified French Language instructors reinforce the mastery of the French language in basic schools. The aim is to expose the schools to the use of technology e.g. audio-visual language software, images and video to facilitate the teaching and learning processes as well as getting the children to appreciate and develop an interest in learning the French language.
  3. Children’s Bilingual Club – French/English
    The Bilingual Club (French/English) is organised on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm for children from 4 -15 years. The children meet once a week on Saturdays when school is in session and at least 3 times a week during vacations. The aim is to help the children speak and write French and English fluently. Emphasis is put on the four (4) language learning skills – Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Other activities during these sessions are Film, Drama, Poetry, Music etc. Snacks are provided.

    • people who have never had any formal education.
    • young people and adults who might have dropped-out of school
    • people who want to improve on their level of the English language
    • children (from age 4) who have difficulties in speaking, reading and writing English
    We have easy to use curriculum and primers which take a non-reader to the proficiency level in less than one year. Speakwrite offers literacy programmes to individuals, churches and organizations in Greater Accra, Central, Eastern and Northern Regions. Plans are far advanced to cover the other regions of Ghana.
  7. Training of Language Instructors/Facilitators for Schools and Organisations.
    We train French language instructors for schools and organizations as well as those for the English Language literacy Workshops and Programmes.
  8. French Language for Corporate Bodies
    We offer French Programmes for the staff of corporate bodies such as banks, hotels/restaurants, airlines, NGOs, Embassies, Civil/Public Service etc. We target this group with the general French programmes as well as the Business French. These programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of their various establishments i.e. using the language for general communication as well as official assignments with their French-speaking colleagues, partners and customers.
  9. 8. International Internships/Exchange Programmes for students and workers to Canada, France, Cote d’Ivoire, Benin, Senegal and vice versa.
    These programmes are organised in conjunction with our international partners in the various countries for workers of different professions and backgrounds as well as students. The participants are attached to firms and institutions to enable them acquire more skills and practical experience. It offers them the opportunity to interact with their foreign peers, improve their language skills, increases their appreciation of other cultures as well as building durable business and social linkages with their counterparts or friends in their host countries for the future.
  10. Intensive Chinese Programmes for Students, Business Executives, Traders, Tourists etc.
    We offer Chinese language programmes for people travelling to China for education, business or leisure. These intensive Chinese language programmes are scheduled for 1month, 2 months or 3 months. The programmes are intended to give the students the communication skills needed to carry out their activities while in China.

PROGRAMME SCHEDULES

Apart from the Children Bilingual Club, all the language programmes consist of three (3) main modules –Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. We organize Pre-beginner classes as and when necessary.
